Engagement on social media refers to the level of interaction and involvement that users have with a particular piece of content or account. It encompasses actions such as likes, comments, shares, retweets, mentions, and clicks. High engagement indicates that the audience finds the content compelling, relevant, or entertaining.
Engagement and the number of followers on social media often have a symbiotic relationship. A larger follower count often leads to increased engagement as more users interact with the content. For clients just beginning campaigns with lower followers it can take some time to grow a following who will engage. This can take weeks to many months to accomplish depending on the content and audience demographic.
Firstly, relevance plays a crucial role; content that resonates with the audience's interests, needs, or emotions tends to perform better. Additionally, the timing of the post can significantly impact engagement, as posting during peak hours when the audience is most active increases visibility. Visual appeal, such as high-quality images or videos, also captures attention. Moreover, engaging captions or compelling storytelling techniques draw users in, encouraging likes, shares, and comments. Interaction with the audience, such as responding to comments or asking questions, fosters a sense of community, driving higher engagement rates.
We generally promote our clients posts once a week or so. We do not do this daily so dependung on our productiob scheule these boosts will take place. The pomotions are based on organic results and curremt project budget and on occassion some posts will not be boosted and others will.
Boosting posts can attract new followers by expanding the reach beyond current followers to a broader audience. Targeted boosting ensures exposure to users interested in similar content, increasing visibility and attracting potential followers who may engage with the boosted post and decide to follow the account.
To keep our budgets as low as possible we allocate resoources for post creation, artwork creation, and promotion. Resources redirected for client calls, support requesrs and expensive revisions will pull resources from those goals.
Also, if you can provide us direction Mondays and Tuesdays this will prevent us from creatung posts that need to be redone at a later time.
Sometimes, we may need to adjust your schedule or posts slightly for various reasons:
If you have special events or holidays, we may shift posts between weeks to ensure coverage (e.g., 2 posts one week, 4 the next).
Certain posts may require more time for creation. We typically allocate around 6 hours per month for our posting strategy.
Content creation times might be adjusted to accommodate goals like header redesigns, client support, or technical issues.
We post reels as shorts on YouTube for some client plans. These posts typically go out sevdral days after their release on social media as they are uploaded by hand.
All clients can generate social media reports anytime using the Social Champ software included in your campaign. We pay a monthly subscription for your access. Ann often includes a voicemail with feedback too. For clients with new campaigns, we often include a few extra screenshots from Social Champ to help you understand the workings of your campaign.
Please be aware that not all client campaigns encompass Instagram growth.
For clients subscribed to our Instagram growth plans, 2024 has witnessed notable shifts in the Instagram algorithm, resulting in slower growth compared to 2023. It's important to note that all our plans rely on organic strategies, such as engaging with other accounts, so we must abide by IG protcols to protect your accounts.
In the digital age, social media platforms like Facebook have become a primary avenue for communication, content sharing, and entertainment. However, they also present fertile ground for cyber threats, including spoofing and spam, particularly related to copyright infringement notices. Understanding these threats and distinguishing between legitimate and fraudulent messages is crucial for users to protect their accounts and personal information.
99% of the time, these alerts are spam. NEVER click on any links or give any information to someone without checking with us, your social media team! We can always tell you if these are real and we can manage resaponses or appeals if needed.
To identify when a copyright infringement notice is genuine:
Check the Sender's Information: Legitimate messages from Facebook will come from official email addresses ending in "@facebook.com". Spoofed messages often use similar-looking domains or generic email providers.
Look for Personalization: Real notices will usually address the user by their actual name or username. Generic greetings like "Dear user" are red flags.
Verify Through Facebook: Instead of clicking any links in the message, users should log into their Facebook account directly through the official app or website to check for notifications or messages regarding copyright issues. It's best to check your Meta Business Suite for these. REAL alerts will always appear there.
Be Skeptical of Urgency: Scammers often create a sense of urgency to panic users into immediate action. Genuine copyright notices will usually provide a clear timeframe and a straightforward appeal process.
By staying vigilant and informed, Facebook users can protect themselves from spoof and spam attacks, ensuring their online presence remains secure.
