WE ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING SERVER ISSUES
 
Good afternoon,

At approximately 9:25 AM EST 3/18/20 our primary server went offline.

This server hosts Jonas Music Services, our older ReviseMySite Websites as well as custom-built sites and custom applications (crm software and scheduling/lesson software) and ePressKitz.

PLEASE NOTE: Clients on our newer SpeedySitez application are online and can still access their websites and SpeedySitez control panels at https://login.prowebsite.team. GigMailz users can also access their email marketing application directly at: https://signin.gigmailz.com/signin

We assure you we are working diligently to address the situation and are installing our server back-up at this time. Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA at this time for when the server will be back online. The back up includes quite a lot of data so it will definitely take time.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. We know how important your online presence is, and we will continue to do all we can to resolve the situation as quickly as we can.

2:25 PM EST - The restoration for server is now complete -we are working on  bringing  sites back online

2:32 PM - encountered connectivity issues - continuing to debug - sites still offline

2:44 PM - restoring from another backup file

4:59 AM - servers back online

5:30 AM - permissions issues still in play - this is an evolving situation and we are consulting with our team on best approaches
