Common Questions

  • How long does it take?

    Once we get your project in production we typically have your first set of proofs in about a week. Revisions follow and take approximately another week or so. We calculare production days only when we are at work on your project. Days awaiting your review are bot calculated as production days.

  • Can I host the site elsewhere?

    We only build sites we host. Our web editor is not available for migration to another server. The software/site code is non-transferrable.

  • Does it include SEO?

    SEO (search engine optimizations) basics are included. These onsite basics include: keyword placement, metadata, and page load adjustments. It's importrant to understand that SEO is very complex and these basics do not guarantee you  a specific page rank in Google or other search engines. We DO offer ongoing, monthly SEO campaigns to reach those goals. Our team is happy to disciss this with you.

  • Can I keep my domain name?

    Yes! If you already have a website we can redesign the new one while you keep your domain name. You MUST however have access to the logons credentuials for your cirrent domain name registrar. 

  • Can I get a full refund?
